Chabad of Germany was founded in 1988 with its first center in Munich. Today, 35 Chabad Rabbis and their families serve in 20 cities around the Country.
The Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneersohn of blessed memory, out of his deep love for Judaism in general and for every single Jew in particular sent emissaries all over the world to extend physical and spiritual help and support to any Jew in need, and to strengthen and achieve Jewish identity, unity, and continuity.
